Technological Process of Cavitational Water Disinfection
Technological scheme of cavitational water refinement is described that includes fourth stages: mechanical water refinement (first stage), water treatment by adsorbers (second stage), cavitational water treatment with gas bubbling (third stage) and fourth stage water is supplied to adsorbers again for microbial cells separation from the water and for products removal after cells destruction under cavitation treatment. The effectiveness of water purification is 95-99% that depends of initial amounts of microbes in the water system.
Approbation of Cavitation and Flotation Separation Technology of Heterogeneous Liquid Phase Environments
The concept of cavitation and flotation technology to separate heterogeneous liquid-phase environments was proposed. It implements the principle of the chemical-technological systems synthesis.
Comparison of the Bacteria Destruction with and Without Gas Action and Cavitation
Various branches of petroleum, chemical and food industries cause significant damage to natural reservoir; outdated and imperfect technology forms a substantial amount of harmful waste and wastewater to the environment. Mostly businesses these industries consume large amounts of water, which in some cases used directly for manufacturing processes, while others – for the support and maintenance of technology, ie for treatment products and semi-finished products, washing packing container and equipment etc
