Based on a thorough review of the article I can argue that it is written according to all of scientific and academic rules and standards. In modern conditions of European integration of Ukraine the chosen topic of the article is very actual. It is explained by the existence of critical problems in national customs system and the necessity of its reformaion for facilitation of foreign economic activity of domestic enterprises. So I have no any remarks and recommend to accept the article.
