Abstract

The process of obtaining of mercury selenide (HgSe) films by a chemical bath deposition method with the use of potassium rhodanide as complex-forming reagent has been investigated. The phase composition, transmittion spectra, optical band gaps and surface morphology of HgSe films were studied.
