Abstract

The laws of obtaining porous composites based on copolymers of 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA) with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) filled with mineral calcium-containing fillers are studied. The kinetics of the polymerization of HEMA compositions with PVP was studied in the presence of fillers of various nature, and the main kinetic parameters of the polymerization reaction were determined. Based on the studies performed, the compositional compositions and the optimal production modes of osteoplastic porous composites are substantiated.
