Abstract

There are reviewed the main factors which impact road network capacity in zone of unregulated pedestrian crossings. Carried out experimental research on definition of “aggressive” vehicle drivers proportion, which break the rules of passage through unregulated pedestrian crossings. Determined pedestrian flow density on unregulated crossings, at which practical capacity of multi-lane roadway is maximum.
