Abstract 

In the article the role of educational projects in ensuring youth competitiveness in the labor market is revealed. Examples of different forms of educational projects, including certified online courses, trainings and webinars are given. Significant role of such structures as BritishCouncil, Victor Pinchuk Foundation, the European program Erasmus + and other programs in higher education is reviewed.
