Poly(ethylene glycol) and Poly(propylene glycol)-Containing Aminofunctional Copolyesters for Biomedical Application
Polyesters (pseudo-poly(amino acids) based on the dicarboxilic amino acids and diols of different molecular weight (polyethylene glycols with polycondensation degree of 2-8) were synthesized using N,N′-dicyclo-hexyl-carbodiimide (DCC) – the activator of carboxyl grous. Also were synthesized the novel amphiphilic polyesterethers based on natural dibasic amino acids including their N-derivatives with controllable
