Conference fees include paper publication and organizational expenses. Cost of accommodation, meals and social program are not included. Total fee per paper:
Young Participants – 50 EUR/2000 UAH;
Other Participants – 100EUR/4000 UAH.
According to EAGE SPECIAL FEE WAIVER PROGRAMME we will welcome Ukrainian colleagues to participate in our conference, both in person and online, free of charge but no more than 2 abstracts per speaker, including co-authorship.
It should be noted that the maximum number of authors for one publication is five. Also, one author cannot be included in more than three author groups.
