Abstract
This study aims to highlight the Algerian scholars contributions in jurisprudence and its basis, and clarifies their role in enriching the speakers school by their opinions and efforts in jurisprudence basis, and Malikit School by their views and fatawa, through their important books and manuscripts which are still a basic references for students and scientists both in Maghreb and Orient regions.
