Dear authors,

The abstract in the beginning of the article doesn't contain a short information abouth the whole paper.

There is no title of the Figure, but in the text I see a mention of Fig 2? Where is the Fig.1? It is also non clear how "...Because as can be seen from Fig. 2 the amount of bentonite in the suspension significantly affects the fermentation process in the first 6 days...". and "...In wineries, especially during large scale processing and bottling of wines, the degree of automation, computerization and use of robotics is sharply increasing (see figure)...".

Authors contribution is not shown in the text. Conclusions do not contain any recomendations and should be changed.

Please correct the transliteration of the reference list.

English in the paper should be improved.
