Optimization of logistics management processes in transport nodes

Theoretical bases of the effectiveness of logistics systems operation is analyzed. Conditions of quality improvement for сargo owners service are determined. Problem situations that arise in the process of clients' service are characterized together with the reasons of their occurrence. Directions of optimization of the processes of transport nodes operation from the view of logistics management are suggested together with the effectiveness criterion, which enables consideration of the inner-system characteristics.
