The Method to Solving Problem of The Optimal Partitioning Sets with Additional Bonds and Fixed Centers Of Subsets
The mathematical model for optimal sets partition problem with additional bonds and fixed centers of subsets was proposed. An approach to solving this problems was described. The theorem about the optimal solution was proved.
