The article outlines the current paradigms of museum’s development as the main presentator of historical and cultural heritage, considers the leading trends among European museums, the main problems of concerning the interpretation of funds of museums in the XXI century. Great attention is paid to the analysis of negative tendencies in the development of cultural industry, dictated by the imperatives of market relations.
Author shown the model of the structural transformation on the basis of the empirical analysis of most countries of the Third World countries. Its focus is not only on methods of promoting economic growth and structural change but also on improving the potential for the mass of the population, for example, through health and education and workplace conditions, whether through public or private channels. The result of researches is the identifying of some points of the developing countries and of the countries with economical transformations.
