Abstract 

During the design and operation of wind energy objects, it is extremely important to take into account the ecosystem services of the territory where the planned activity is carried out or which may be affected by the activity of these objects. The Pidkamin territorial community has favourable conditions for wind energy development, which is why it is important to analyse and map the area by different types of ecosystems and assess ecosystem services at the project planning stage. Mapping of the territory should be carried out to assess ecosystem services. The development of new and operating wind energy objects should take into account the ecosystem services of the territory and comply with all restrictions, in particular, those related to protected areas and Emerald Network objects, proximity to water objects or residential areas.
