Abstract

To successful construct 3D complex geological-geophysical model of Kryvbas the spatial research of density and magnetization of rocks in different blocks of this structure is necessary. The studying of differentiation in density and magnetic characteristics of Proterozoic and Archean metamorphosed sedimentary-volcanic, ultrametamorphic and intrusive rocks due to different conditions of their formation and intensity of metamorphic processes is the main goal of our research. There are 4 rocks structural-formational complexes (Archean progeosynclinal, Early-Proterozoic protogeosynclinal, Early-Proterozoic orogenic and Late-Proterozoic platform intrusive complexes) with different material composition, degree of regional metamorphism and ultrametamorphism in Kryvbas. There are some groups of rock formations in Early-Proterozoic complexes within Kryvbas: metavolcanogenic andesite-basalt (metandesite-basalt formation), siliceous-jaspilite (jaspilite-siliceous-shale and siliceous-carbonate-metasandstone formations), siliceous-shale-carbonate (carbonate-terrigenous and metaconglomerate-metasandstone formations). The result of generalization and complex analysis of information on petrophysical properties of these rock formations is the basis for creating petrophysical maps and researching of complex relationship of physical characteristics of geological formations (through geophysical fields) with the history of the Earth's crust development, sedimentation processes, magma formation, metamorphism and seismicity of Kryvbas.
