Abstract 

The significance of soil suitability for cultivating agricultural crops is undeniable, as it helps to determine the optimal use of land plots, reducing the risks of soil degradation and increasing crop yields. The suitability of arable land is assessed by how well the soil quality meets the agrobiological requirements of crops and its ability to sustain a certain level of productivity. Additionally, when planning their sowing campaigns, agricultural producers should take into account factors such as climate change, soil texture, water balance reduction, soil degradation, and more, as these considerations will contribute to higher yields and, consequently, increased revenue from product sales. Moreover, soil quality directly affects the price of agricultural land, as fertility is a key factor determining crop productivity and, subsequently, the market value of the land.
