Continuous stability monitoring of foundations often requires costly stationary hydraulic leveling systems. While fixed electrode systems offer affordability, applications demanding high accuracy, like tower structure height adjustments, necessitate precise electrode installation.
To tackle this challenge, a novel method for contact electrode installation is proposed. Unlike conventional techniques, this approach involves drilling rows of holes in plates, inserting electrodes with defined height steps, and interconnecting these plates to achieve finer height adjustments. This method ensures accurate electrode placement for improved measurements.
In summary, our innovative contact electrode installation method enhances accuracy in hydraulic leveling systems. By utilizing interconnected plates with drilled holes, we enable cost-effective yet precise monitoring of structural stability, with potential benefits for foundation observations and related applications.
