Abstract 

Today, there is a tendency in the world to move to a three-dimensional cadastral system. In many cases, the 2D cadastre makes it possible to register and explain the legal status of the real estate object. However, in complex geospatial situations, the two-dimensional system is unable to display the real estate object and its ownership. Implementation of the 3D cadastre system will help decide the problem of multi-level property registration. The research provides a brief description of conceptual models for 3D cadastre. Types of methods of collecting raw data for creating models for the 3D cadastre system are considered. The current state of registration of land plots, real estate objects and rights to them in Ukraine was studied. Based on the results of the research, the optimal 3D cadastre model was chosen for implementation in Ukraine. The results of the conducted research can be used in further large-scale research on the implementation of 3D cadastre in Ukraine.
