Abstract

The paper contains the rationale for in-depth scientific research, including the use of Remote Sensing & GIS, as a prerequisite for the implementation of the category of land rent to the content of the normative monetary valuation of agricultural lands in Ukraine and the adoption of methodological principles for the valuation.
