Abstract

The new conjugates of 1,3,4-thiadiazole and 4-N,N-dimethylaminoquinazoline scaffolds were synthetized in high yields by Suzuki cross-coupling reactions. It was found, that lot of tested conditions could be utilized for compounds preparation, like green solvent - isopropanol,  phase transfer catalyst or Pd(OAc)2 as a cost effective catalyst.
