Abstract

This article examines the advantages of application of containerized sludge dewatering plants, as well as the rationale for the use of MDQ multi-disc dehydrators. The main focuses are placed on considering the technical features of the equipment in terms of capital and operating costs, as well as equipment maintenance.

В публікації представлено цікаву сучасну інноваційну конструкцію, призначення якої − підвищення ефективності зневоднення осаду. Описана в публікації установка, основною частиною якої є дегідратор багатодискового гвинтового пресу, має ряд переваг: мобільність, висока ступінь автоматизації, універсальність, надійність та низьке споживання енергії й інших ресурсів, високий ефект зневоднення. Крім опису установки, авторами наведено порівняння з іншими сучасними методами зневоднення. Вважаю, подібне рішення перспективним та економічне привабливим. Бажано було б, щоб в подальших публікаціях автори відобразили результати досліджень щодо визначення раціональних параметрів установки в залежності від типу осадів, що зневоднюються.
