This study addresses the development of scientifically grounded approaches to land plot selection for post-war reconstruction projects. Using the Bucha district of Kyiv region as a case study, the research demonstrates the potential of geoinformation modeling to integrate heterogeneous datasets into a unified information environment. OpenStreetMap data served as the primary input for thematic mapping; however, the methodology is designed to incorporate satellite imagery, UAV photogrammetry, digital elevation models, and cadastral records. The proposed approach combines UML-based modeling, geoinformation analysis, and multi-criteria evaluation. Results confirm the effectiveness of geospatial technologies for reconstruction planning, highlighting their potential to build transparent spatial planning systems aligned with community needs and international standards.
