The research is devoted to the analysis of the features of 3D modelling of building facades using the i89 GNSS receiver with a dual camera. The study was carried out on the example of the facade of the educational building No. 6 of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv. The main focus is on assessing the accuracy of the obtained models and the efficiency of the surveying process, especially in conditions of difficult access and attenuated GNSS signal. The study demonstrates the advantages of using GNSS technology to create 3D models quickly and accurately compared to traditional methods such as laser scanning. The results show high measurement accuracy in the range of 2-5 cm, which is sufficient for most architectural and construction tasks. The i89 receiver is distinguished by its versatility and efficiency in hazardous areas and hard-to-reach places, making it an important tool in modern construction and architecture. In general, the i89 dual camera GNSS receiver is an effective tool for 3D modelling of building facades, combining high accuracy, ease of use and speed of process. However, the choice of this technology should be made taking into account the specifics of the task and possible limitations.
