Area of real estate objects is normally calculated by coordinates of vertices of the polygons. In addition, the real estate objects are measured, that means the values of the polygon sides are determined. Results of the measurements are mainly used to control coordination.
Determination of the area of real estate objects by balanced coordinates provides for advanced efficiency of the geodesic supply for the real estate cadaster.
