Statement of the Organizing Committee about the conference in 2023

Dear colleagues!

Despite the war in Ukraine, the Organizing Committee is beginning preparations for the 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Chemical Technology and Engineering”, which is going to take place on June 26-29, 2023.

We cannot predict the format and conditions of our scientific event now, but we are confident that the russian barbaric aggression will not be able to hinder the communication of scientists in the free world. As a contingency plan – we have experience of holding the conference in a distance mode using ZOOM software.

It should be noted at once that given the numerous crimes of the russian occupation forces (https://bit.ly/3xG7jo2), support of the war in Ukraine by russian scientists (https://bit.ly/3wyLeaC) and assistance of belarus in the russian invasion of Ukraine – authors and co-authors from russia and belarus are not allowed to participate in the conference. Ukrainian scholars have urged russians to say a resounding “no” to this terrible war, but their appeals (https://bit.ly/3uoRMpphttps://bit.ly/3Dbll1Q) have been ignored.

We are also announcing free participation in a distance mode for scientists from the institutions of Eastern Ukraine located in the territories affected by russian aggression.

Regarding the program of the conference – traditionally distinguished world scientists will give plenary presentations covering various areas and fields of chemistry, chemical technology and engineering – please stay tuned for the first announcements soon!

In addition to plenary sessions, the conference program will include sections, dedicated to:

  • Computer simulation in the chemical technology and engineering
  • Development, energy and resource saving in the chemical and food technologies
  • The innovative and nanotechnologies in the chemical and food industries
  • Optimization of biochemical processes and bioengineering
  • Green chemistry
  • Alternative and non-conventional energy sources
  • Ecology and sustainable development. Environmental protection

There will also be held trainings for young scientists – our traditional “Young Chemist’s School”.

Deadlines for registration of participants and papers submitting are as follows:

  • Deadline for notification of the paper acceptance or rejection – April 14, 2023
  • Deadline for registration fee payment – April 28, 2023
