Abstract
The purpose of the work is to analyze the adaptive capacity of buildings and territories of the Lviv Polytechnic National University for people with limited mobility and to develop new architectural solutions within the concept of universal design of the university environment. The relevance of the topic is determined by the lack of such scientific developments in Ukraine, the lack of their implementation in the university environment, as well as the constant increase of people with limited mobility who are willing to study. A technique of "flexible application" is proposed to solve the adaptation problems of the Lviv Polytechnic university environment.
