Remarks and suggestions to the authors of the article 

For me, as an Ukrainian citizen interested in politics, many basic statements in this paper look obvious. However, authors should not forget that the paper's audience is international (as the audience of any published research in most cases).

I recommend adding references to all questionable statements in all sections of the paper, e.g.: all statements in "Introduction" section, first paragraph of "Information impact on the electoral process in Ukraine in 2019" section and so on.

Another reason for this is the type of your study which does not provide own data, but analyses the work of others. The number of references to consider for a "survey" should be much more and diverse. At the moment all references are from Ukrainian sources.
