Abstract

The article presents the results of research focused on the development of a web application for hydrological data monitoring in the Lviv Region. The primary objective was to address the challenge of effective collection and analysis of water level data through the application of modern geoinformation tools. The methodological framework is based on a comparative analysis of ArcGIS Dashboard and ArcGIS Experience Builder platforms. ArcGIS Experience Builder was selected as the core environment due to its extended flexibility in designing and implementing analytical solutions.

The study involved the integration of an existing cartographic base of hydrological posts with additional analytical components, including dynamic visualization of charts and tables, advanced filtering mechanisms by spatial and temporal parameters, and a data export function in PDF format. The results confirm that ArcGIS Experience Builder provides superior functionality for the creation of complex analytical web solutions, offering significant potential for improving hydrological monitoring in the context of climate change.
