Abstract

The article aims to study the modelling of an expert decision-making system using artificial intelligence based on a geographic information system. The authors also investigated the issues related to the substantiation of the necessary components of the expert system and the decision-making unit using artificial intelligence, which will address the needs of stakeholders in acquiring the optimal real estate object. To achieve this goal, the authors used retrospective data analysis and user-oriented visual presentation of information. The authors solved the task defined in the article by proposing a model of an expert system for stakeholder decision-making using GIS and identifying the components of the expert system and the decision-making unit using artificial intelligence. The results obtained in the study will allow them to provide recommendations to the stakeholder in the form of several optimal real estate options from among the regions of Ukraine, in which he could choose the one that is acceptable to him. The article's relevance is to demonstrate the capabilities of geographic information systems in combination with artificial intelligence in ensuring the post-war recovery of the real estate market.
