Abstract 

The article substantiates the conceptual principles, methodology, and innovative approaches to creating a register of especially valuable nature conservation objects. The authors have analyzed in detail the informational and legal framework for the creation of the State Register of Especially Valuable Lands. The possibility of using mobile 3D scanning in order to collect information for the creation and filling of the State Register of Especially Valuable Lands was considered. An example of performing SLAM scanning of the territories and objects of the nature reserve fund of national importance is given, using the example of The Botanical Garden of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, with a total area of 47.5 hectares. The advantages of mobile laser scanning of similar objects in creating a register of particularly valuable nature conservation areas using SLAM and 3D scanning technology have been established.
