Abstract

The efficiency of the magnetoseparable Fe3O4 catalyst in a Fenton-type reaction of methylene violet discoloration has been studied. It was shown that reaction process consists of two stages: rapid – adsorption of the dye on the Fe3O4 and slower – its oxidation with H2O2.
