This paper is intended to solve the problem of creating environmentally friendly technology for the nitric acid production. Also here shown present and future state of nitric acid production. On the basis of existing production the analysis of produced waste and methods of disposal was carry out. The new technological solutions for chemical industry that will achieve a low or non-waste technology is a cavitation of HOOH. It makes possible the intensification of absorption step. And two new technological methods of nitric acid production based on direct oxidation of ammonia to nitric acid.
