Abstract 

The feasibility of creating and systematizing approaches to creating a new type of automated monitoring system, a community resource management system aimed at integrating various types of data for the implementation of a wide range of analytical tasks in the context of monitoring and management, as well as rational use, assessment and protection of existing community resources within the framework of the developed corresponding program is justified.
