Abstract 

This investigation attempts to determine the best location using multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) for establishing windmill via using the intersection of social (Residential Area), ecological (Land cover), economic (Roads), physical criteria. In order to apply multi-criteria decision analysis, the weighted linear combination (WLC) has been used.
